Tenses: the present perfect tense, the simple past tense, present simple for future, past perfect 2. Structures: - Modal verbs in conditional sentences type 1 - Articles - Conditional sentences type 2. - Relative clauses. + Defining relative clause + Non- defining relative clause - Future passive. - Verb + V-infinitive / V-ing 3. Vocabulary related to the topics: - Recipes and eating habits, tourism, English in the world, space travel, changing roles in society, my future career. III. EXERCISES A. WRITTEN TEST 1. Phonetics: pronunciation / stress 2. Choose the best word to complete the sentence 3. Find and correct the mistakes 4. Word-form, Verb-form 5. Rewrite the sentences 6. Complete the sentences 7. Fill in the correct prepositions 8. Make questions for the underlined words 9. Reading the passage then do the following exercises (T/F sentences or answer the questions) 10. Listening: Fill in the missing words or T/F sentences Answer the questions.
2. B. SPEAKING TEST 1. Talk about the eating habits of Vietnamese people. 2. Talk about one‘s choice of holiday. 3. Talk about experiences in learning and using English. 4. Talk about space travel history and the skills needed to become an astronaut. 5. Talk about roles in the future. (men, women or teenagers) 6.
