- Week 25 Tuesday, March 16th , 2021 Period 95: UNIT 15: WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE IN THE FUTURE? Lesson 1(1, 2,3) I. Objectives. After the lesson, Ss will be able to: -Using the words and phrases related to the topic : Future plans II. LANGUAGE CONTENT - The vocabulary: pilot, writer, - The structure: - What’s would you like to be in the future? - I’d like to be a/ an........ III. TEACHING AIDS Books, teachers’ book, notebooks, cards and cassette. IV. PROCEDURE Teacher’s activities Students’ activities A. Class organization. Good morning/ afternoon! Good morning/ afternoon! Who is absent today? B.Warm up. - Do action - Retell the story :The fox and the crown -Get Ss to talk about their future job C. New lesson. 1. After the lesson, Ss will be able to: - Using the words and phrases related to the topic : Future plans - Ask and answer about one’s future jobs II. Tell them that they are going to sing the What would you like to be in the future song. - Play the recording all the way through for Ss to get familiarized with the pronunciation, the stress, the rhythm and the intonation of the song. - Listen and remember. - Play the recording again, pausing after each line for Ss to repeat. - Play the recording once more for Ss to repeat the whole song. - Call on some Ss to sing the song in front of the class. The rest of the class clap their hands at rhythms. D. Consolidation. - Have Ss practise singing the song at home. --------------------= =--------------------

After the lesson, Ss will be able to: -Using the words and phrases related to the topic : Future plans -Ask and answer questions about jobs II. Language focus. - The vocabulary: patients, design buildings - The structure: - Why would you like to be _____? - Because I’d like to_____________. III. Teaching aids. Books, teachers’ book, notebooks, cards and cassette. IV. Produres. Teacher’s activities Student’s activities A. Class organization. Good morning/ afternoon! Good morning/ afternoon!
